Lumby

I remember the first time I had you
I was only eleven years old
My grandmother gave you to me
She got you as a gift from the bank
I remember naming you Lumby
Because I thought you were a dolphin
But latter on I realize you were a seal
I can't stop smiling because of that "accident".

The first time I hug you I fall in love with you
I can not -and would not- let you go
We've been together for more that ten years
You used to be white, now you became lusterless
My parent try to take you to the laundry
It won't take long before your whiteness became faded
You already lost your red green misletoe
Which used to attached on your red hat
And your red polka dot ribbon already worn out.

Remember when I had to go to the hospital
You went to the hospital with me too
And when I went on domestic vacation
I never forgot to take you along with me
The only time I don't bring you with me is when I went abroad
I scared that airport costum will saw you and tear you apart
Assuming you hold some drugs or else.
Hahaha -chuckle-

We've been share a lot of things
You're there when I'm sad
You're there when I'm confused
You're there when I'm happy
You're the last thing I hug before I sleep
And the first thing I saw when I open my eyes
Thank God He gave me you.
